Privacy

The calculators post your numbers to the server so the arithmetic can run there, and the result is rendered back to you. Those figures are not written to a database, not attached to an identifier, and not sent to analytics.

Saving a plan writes it to this browser's own local storage. It never leaves the device, it is not tied to an account, and clearing site data deletes it. If you want to inspect or remove it yourself, it is stored under the key wedclarity.tools.v1.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count readership. It records which page you are on, how you arrived, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser, and it sets cookies in your browser so that a return visit is recognised as the same one. Google processes this on our behalf; their handling is described in Google's privacy policy.

Advertising signals are switched off. The measurement is configured so that Google may not use it for ad storage, ad personalisation or ad user data: this site counts readers and builds an audience for nobody.

What is never sent to Google: the numbers you type into a calculator, a plan you save, an email address, or anything you write in a free-text field. Calculator figures go to this site's own server so the arithmetic can run there and go no further.

Page and tool usage is also counted by this site itself with bounded metadata: which page, which tool, which day, and whether the device is mobile. No budget, no guest list, no email address and no free-text note is recorded.

To opt out, install Google's opt-out browser add-on, block analytics cookies in your browser, or use a browser setting that blocks trackers.

If you request quotes

A quote request is the only place this site asks for contact details, and only after you fill the form in and tick the consent box. The consent wording in force when you submitted it is stored with your submission. Nothing is passed to a vendor before you submit it, and nothing is sold.

Advertising

No third-party advertising script loads unless an operator has saved a publisher ID. With no ID configured, the pages make no third-party ad requests at all.
